DOREWE APPROACH
Learning an INSTRUMENT, SINGING, and THEORY all happen simultaneously, using popular pieces from various genres (classical, jazz, rock, folk songs).

In each piano lesson you also learn SINGING and THEORY. Through regular PERFORMANCES you develop confidence.

Piano and singing lessons take place in YOUR SCHOOLS, KINDERGARTENS, and BUSINESSES. If possible we follow our principle WE COME TO YOU.

We enable REGULAR PERFORMANCES at class-based events, concerts, and shows. Our students enjoy these performances the most and build their CONFIDENCE.

Currently, we teach in LJUBLJANA, KAMNIK, DOMŽALE, and KRANJ, and we are constantly adding new locations, so please contact us if your location is not on the list.
AT YOUR HOME: Individual lessons at your home, with a DoReWe mentor coming to you and saving you time and the inconvenience of commuting. Opportunities to participate in events and performances in your area.

PROGRAMS
At our school, all students are welcome, regardless of their AGE or PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE.
Our youngest student is 3 years old, and the oldest is 87. We teach beginners as well as more experienced musicians.
We focus on teaching PIANO, GUITAR, DRUMS, ACCORDION and SINGING in various combinations.
We emphasize a HOLISTIC APPROACH based on different PIECES. Our team of MENTORS is professional, passionate, and full of infectious energy.
If you wish to pursue the nationally recognized music program, our mentors will guide you on the path to obtaining the official certificate. Any student considering this path should consult with our team of mentors in advance.
PIANO WITH SINGING
Learning piano together with singing as part of our most popular program. Individual or group lessons.
SINGING
Singing lessons focused on fundamental vocal techniques and popular songs from various music genres. Individual or group lessons.
PIANO
Piano lessons with the option to follow the Slovenian national music program and obtain the national certificate. Lessons are generally individual.
GUITAR
Learning guitar and theory by singing popular compositions and songs, for confident accompaniment, anytime, anywhere. Individual or group lessons.
ACCORDION
Learning to play the diatonic accordion, theory and finger placements, while playing the most beautiful Slovenian folk songs. From the famous waltzes of Slak and the lively polkas of Slavko Avsenik to modern folk-pop music.
MINI MUSICIANS
A program for the youngest children, where they are introduced to music. Singing with piano accompaniment, exploring musical genres, playing Orff instruments, using percussion, and using body parts as instruments, etc.
HOUSE BAND
Band practice for children aged 10–14 and
teenagers aged 15–18, once a week.
We play songs from a wide repertoire of popular music and prepare for live stage performances.

Classes for the new school year will begin the week of Monday, September 8, 2025 – we can't wait to get started!

For lessons held at primary schools, the exact dates and times are still subject to final approval by the schools – although no major changes are expected.

Group and individual program spots are limited, but we’ll do our best to find the right time slot for every student.

PRICES
Tuition fees partially depend on the group size, teaching location, and conditions at each school or location.
Group lessons consist of 3-5 students.
Tuition fees include from 30 to 90 minutes tuition per week, regular opportunities to perform on various stages (performances on bigger stages with greater costs incur additional payment), open lessons for parents and family, parent consultations, as well as membership of the DoReWe music family.
The monthly tuition fees listed are for regular teaching based on enrolment into a yearly programme.
