End-Of-School-Year Concerts 2025/2026
On Sunday, June 14, the stage of the Radomlje Cultural Center was filled with music as students from the DoReWe Music Center took to the stage. Across three concert sessions, every one of our students performed—from our youngest Mini Musicians and complete beginners to students who have been making music with us for many years, as well as adults who bravely stepped onto the stage, proving that it's never too late to pursue music.
The audience enjoyed a diverse program featuring piano, guitar, accordion, singing, and performances by the DoReWe Band. Although many performers experienced a few pre-concert nerves, they overcame them brilliantly and demonstrated how much they had learned, as well as the dedication, perseverance, and joy for music they had developed throughout the school year.
We are incredibly proud of all our students and warmly congratulate them on their progress and the courage they showed on stage.
These events would not be possible without the support of our co-funders and partners. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Municipality of Domžale for co-funding our end-of-year concert, as well as to Jurelektro s.p., Planinca d.o.o., and our long-standing partner, Lucky Kiddo, a children's clothing brand whose mission is to encourage children's creativity and support the development of young talent.

A musical June at DoReWe: Hotel Paradiso, Sleepover of the Future, Colourland and The Lion Inside
June was a truly theatrical month at DoReWe, as we staged no fewer than four musicals, delighting audiences and proving once again that creativity never runs out here.
On Thursday, June 11, 2026, we brought back The Lion Inside, performed with confidence in English by students from the European School.
On Tuesday, June 16, audiences at Šentvid Community Hall enjoyed two musical productions. Before the encore performance of this year's original musical Colourland, the audience attended the premiere of the mini musical Sleepover of the Future, created and performed by five girls from the British School of Ljubljana musical theatre programme. Performed in English, the musical told a heartwarming story of friendship, creativity, and the timeless question, "What do I want to be when I grow up?", through songs from well-known Broadway musicals.
Just a few days later, on Sunday, June 21, Hotel Paradiso premiered at the Radomlje Cultural Center. Produced as part of our Youth and Adult Musical Theatre Programme, the show was especially unique because every cast member helped shape its story. The performers contributed ideas for the script, characters, and the overall concept of the production. The result was truly remarkable: a theatre filled with enthusiastic audiences, outstanding energy on stage, and a story reminding us that every storm is followed by sunshine, and that through teamwork and trust in one another, even the seemingly impossible can be achieved.
Congratulations to all of our performers for the courage, creativity, and wholehearted dedication they brought to each of these four productions. We are already looking forward to the new ideas, new stories, and new musicals that we will create together in the coming season!

Summer Musical Theatre School – Annie
This summer, we're once again hosting our Summer Musical Theatre School, where participants will spend five fun-filled days creating, singing, dancing, acting, and preparing the beloved Broadway musical Annie!
Available sessions:
6–10 July (in English)
13–17 July (in Slovenian)
17–21 August (bilingual: Slovenian and English)
This year, we're also introducing a special session for teenagers (ages 15–18) for the very first time. Running 24–28 August, participants will work on the original musical Hotel Paradiso.
